Senior product manager – Cybersecurity governance
Turning complex IT programs into measurable outcomes
30 years in IT. 15 in banking. I bridge the gap between security governance, program delivery, and the people who make it work, in French and English

what I bring
What I bring on the table
A hybrid profile built across two decades, where governance meets delivery, and compliance meets common sense.
Cyber Security Governance
From NIST CSF to DORA and NIS2, designing frameworks that actually hold under operational pressure.
Program Management
Leading cross-functional programs in regulated environments, from kick-off to post-delivery audit trail.
Agile at Scale
SAFe POPM certified. I’ve run Scaled Agile in organizations where “agile” meets compliance, budgets, and legacy systems.
Cross-Cultural Delivery
French, with Polish roots through my grandmother. I manage functional teams globally, with India as the main anchor.
About
The person behind the resume
I started in IT when version control meant saving a second copy. Since then I’ve managed systems at Business Objects, delivered environments at Generali, ran systems at Europ Assistance where an outage wasn’t a ticket, it was a life at stake, and spent the last 15 years navigating the intersection of program delivery and cybersecurity in banking.
At BNP Paribas and now Société Générale, I’ve learned that the hardest problems aren’t technical, they’re organizational. Getting a risk framework adopted. Getting a cross-functional team to ship. Getting governance to move at business speed.
I write about what I’ve lived through, not what the frameworks say should happen.

Generative AI in banking: governing a risk nobody knows how to measure yet
Picture the scene: your bank has just deployed a generative AI banking tool internally. Dedicated instance, controlled hosting, no memory between sessions. Compliant, secure, and frankly less capable than what they use at home in the evening. The next day, they are processing committee meeting notes on a public tool, from their personal phone, because…

Optimal Agile Team Size: Why the Real Answer Is About Flow, Not Headcount
Five to nine people. The sentence appears everywhere. Training materials. Conference talks. Certification exams. We repeat it so often that we no longer ask the simplest question: why? After almost three decades in IT, I’ve seen teams succeed for reasons that had nothing to do with process maturity or tooling, and fail for reasons that…

When the Scenery Changes: Reinventing Yourself Without Losing Yourself
One month ago, I wrote on LinkedIn about those moments when something shifts—inside you or around you—and you start wondering if it’s time to move. This is often where professional resilience is tested, and where the scenery of your career begins to change. People started telling me their stories. A few had bent with the wind and…
